S3E2 - 'The Death Zone' Recap and More!

After a rather slow start last week, TGW seems to be heating up quite a bit. First and foremost:
No one knows Peter and Alicia have split up! Yeah, it was mentioned in passing last week but really who remembers those kinds of details? It appears that the loser in all of this isn't Alicia but Will. After years of fantasizing about each other the two of them are not only forced to keep their love affair a secret but now Diane is making him choose between the firm and Alicia. We know (or at least hope) he would never fire Alicia but we don't see him giving up his firm either... One way or the other, someone's going to get screwed.
In other developments, Kalinda and Eli are working together and it turns out that in many ways they are two of a kind. It will be interesting to see how their working relationship will develop from here on out.
At home, Peter finally admitted to this son that the reason they've split up is that he cheated on Alicia. In a very sweet moment, Zach volunteers to load the dishwasher for his mother, perhaps finally understanding how hart it must be on her.
Finally, there was an onslaught of British accents as the case of the week involved a transatlantic deposition. We love the UK but will refrain from criticizing any of the British actors because frankly those are some scary libel laws they have over there.

Favorite Guest Star: The Barrister, err, the Solicitor who found his voice with the help of Alicia.
Favorite Scene: Will is turned on by Alicia's aggressiveness but sadly the bathroom fornication never happens due to a suspicious Diane.
Meaning of title: Among mountain climbers anything above 26,000 ft is known as the death zone due to the lack of oxygen up there.
